Hi Karen, I would like to thank you and your company " Landlord and Eviction Services " for the excellent help given in pointing me in the right direction in evicting a tenant, who after very many promises to pay their rent, fell into a period of arrears, which will take me a long time to forget, considering the amount of monies involved. On contacting Landlord and Eviction Services, they easily explained the legal procedure which must be followed and immediately put into action the process of eviction. All worry was taken out of my hands with the serving of the S21 and S8 notices, following which, court papers were prepared for me to submit.
