Bailiff Eviction
We will arrange
to prepare and serve the Court Paperwork if the Tenant fails to comply with the Court Order. Very few Tenants actually
remain in the property once they have been ordered to leave by the Court but if they do we will instruct the Court Bailiff
to attend the property and have them remove the Tenant in order for you to regain possession of your property.
