Court Proceedings
On expiry of any of the above Notices and in the event of the Tenant not vacating
the property we can prepare and serve Court Papers accordingly.
Bailiff Eviction
Should
the Tenant not leave the property on the expiry of the possession order we will arrange for the Court Bailiffs to attend the
property and forcefully remove the Tenant.

Rent Arrears Letter
Should the Tenant
fall into arrears we can prepare and serve this Notice.
